Windows XP Beta 2 postponed again

As TechWeb reports, Microsoft has postponed the release of Windows XP Beta 2 for another 2 weeks to March 14th. Nevertheless, Microsoft is convinced that Windows XP will be ready in June of this year.

The reason for the further delay is that Windows XP is 'not yet ready' for the last beta.

Windows XP, which until recently was still known under the code name 'Whistler', is to finally merge the end-user (Windows 95-Me) and company version families (Windows NT, 2000) of Windows and thus the successor to Windows Me and Windows 2000 will be.
