Windows codenamed Longhorn in action?
Microsoft itself is still very cautious about the successor to Windows XP with the code name Longhorn, but another video has now appeared on the Internet that shows the new operating system in a very early stage of development.
The built number of the system shown is 322. For comparison: The retail version Windows XP has the internal built number 2600, the version number of the very first beta version from Windows XP was 2296. In the 26 second long video, the quality of which is not particularly good, you can see, among other things, how a window is opened, duplicated and pushed into the trash to close. The taskbar faces the left side and is thus reminiscent of the first pictures that were taken during an analyst conference ( see also ) at Microsoft. If the video should really be authentic, the skin mode was deactivated during the presentation, since all windows have the classic Windows 2000 colors.
Despite the doubt, a look at the 410kb video is always worthwhile .
