The search engine Google has published a report in which the most popular search terms are sorted into categories. What has been most searched for by people this year? First up: The September 11 attacks in New York and Washington.
The three terms 'Nostradamus', 'CNN' and 'World Trade Center' top the list . Then come the terms Harry Potter, Anthrax, Windows XP and Osama Bin Laden. In eighth place is the Audiogalaxy music exchange, followed by the word 'Taliban'. As you can see, the scene was shaped by the 9/11 attacks. In the list of article terms, Microsoft leads the list with its products Windows XP and xBox. The almost forgotten music service Napster is still in second place in the list of music exchanges.
