Wallace & Gromit news

In autumn there will be twelve new short films by the two cult clay figures Wallace & Gromit for free on the Internet. In the films, Gromit presents the sometimes weird inventions of his master Wallace, such as the 'Breakfast TV Toaster'.

Wallace & Gromit are the Oscar-winning plasticine heroes of the Englishmen Peter Lord and Nick Park and their company Aardman . After the movie 'Chicken Run' Nick Park started making twelve short films for the Internet. These short films are to be distributed as a free CD-ROM album, but to be able to see the films you have to find and collect film snippets on selected websites. Those who do not have internet access can also buy the films on video. The film 'Angry Kid' was made available for free download on the Internet as early as May 2000 and has been downloaded over seven million times to date. The film was financed through sponsorship and integrated advertising.
