Stop planned price increases of the Telekom by RegTP?

From February 2003, Deutsche Telekom wants to charge every customer 14.48 euros instead of 13.33 euros for a standard connection. This corresponds to an increase of 1.15 euros or nine percent. The request for this has already been submitted to the regulatory authority, which, according to Reuters, wants to reject it.

The reason for this is that the customer has been asked to pay more since May, which was justified at the time with higher costs and by by the Regulatory Authority for Telecommunications and Post (RegTP), but the costs are unlikely to have risen as much within nine months, which is why the additional income would flow into the Telekom coffers as profit.
