Service Pack 2 for Windows 2000 not ready

The version of Service Pack 2, which has been on an official Microsoft server since Friday, is not the final version yet. The software giant itself was simply overrun by the surprisingly rapid spread of the software over the weekend and is now trying to keep the damage as low as possible.

For this reason, Microsoft is expected to be able to, in a few days, probably tomorrow, the finished version of Service Pack 2 for Windows 2000 will be released for download on their servers. Whether the update for the German Windows 2000 will be available in addition to the English version is not yet known. In any case, everyone should wait until tomorrow to install the unofficially available version, which is obviously Release Candidate 2.
