RedHat Linux virus 'Ramen'

A new Linux worm 'Ramen' takes advantage of an old security hole in Redhat Linux servers and is spreading very quickly. The worm does not cause any obvious damage, but appears dangerous due to the bandwidth it consumes while spreading.

Furthermore, it can still download a dangerous update by itself. The worm was able to scan 2 Class-B networks with broadcast IP's (more than 131072 addresses) in 15 minutes. When the worm gains control of the computer, it swaps the homepage of the website with a picture of the 'Ramen' noodle soups and the text 'Hackers love noodels'.
