Radeon 7500 LE from ATI
After ATI has recently released quite a number of low-cost graphics chips and the associated graphics cards, a new one will soon come onto the market: the Radeon 7500 LE. It is a slimmed-down version of the Radeon 7500.
The Radeon 7500 LE differs from the faster Radeon 7500 variant in terms of memory and clock frequency. DDR-RAM is not installed, as is usual on the faster cards, but only SD-RAM. This runs at 175 MHz. The clock rate of the graphics chip has also been reduced: it is clocked at 250 MHz. The difference to the Radeon 7200 lies in the much higher clocked chip and in the support for Hydravision. So you can also attach two screens here. The price in the USA is 80 US dollars.
