PNY brings first GeForce 4 card for PCI
After the market launch of the PNY VERTO graphics card family, PNY has expanded its range of graphics cards to include the world's first PCI graphics card with nVidia GeForce4 graphics chip. With this card, PNY takes on a technological pioneering role and addresses new markets for GeForce4 graphics cards.
The PNY VERTO GeForce4 MX 420 PCI offers a cost-effective solution to set up multi-screen systems with more than 2 screens. It can also be used to update older computers. However, the number of computers without AGP is now very low. In addition, the processor is likely to become a bottleneck in these older computers anyway, so that not even a comparatively slow graphics card such as a GeForce 4 MX420 is fully utilized. So the GeForce4 MX 420 PCI is probably the right choice for the third or fourth monitor.
The VERTO GeForce4 MX420 PCI offers a VGA and TV/S-Video output. The VERTO GeForce4 MX 420 PCI graphics cards will be available in stores with immediate effect. PNY has not yet announced a price.
