Other changes at Whistler

Microsoft has reportedly fundamentally changed the design of the user interface in Whistler. The 'look and feel' of the desktop version is to be fundamentally changed.

Microsoft placed great emphasis on this that no more detailed information about Whistler and other innovations will leak to the public. On February 12th, Beta 2, which will contain these new features, will be released for all beta testers. Microsoft is said to have changed the graphical user interface and adapted it to Microsoft.NET. In addition, Microsoft will introduce the 'Luna' desktop setting, which will greatly change the appearance of the entire work surface. The icons for Whistler and the interface of Internet Explorer, which version 6.0 is integrated in Whistler, are shown again. If 'Luna' is selected as the design, the user interfaces of Internet Explorer and many other user interfaces change at the same time. With 'Luna' you should also have more influence on the design of the surfaces. We hope to be able to show you some pictures soon.
