nVidia GeForce4 MX 440 in the test: Inno3D, Gainward, Leadtek and Prolink in comparison

DroneZmark

The Dronezmark is in Demo as well as in the full version of Dronez and is an OpenGL game that comes with some GeForce3/4 cards as a bundle. The demo shows overwhelming effects, but it seems badly nVidia-optimized.

For better comparability, the test was carried out in GeForce2/Ultra mode, which should deliver the same image quality on all cards. In contrast to the Aquamark, the additional ones pressed hereGeForce3 effects pretty clearly on performance. Due to the OpenGL extensions used ( nV _Ext), the Kyro II was excluded from a fair comparison from the start.

This is the familiar picture again: For its only two pixel pipelines, the GeForce4MX offers the LMA-II, which in bandwidth-limited situations, i.e. most games in 32-bit, can save the iron from the fire and one of the GeForce2 Ti offer comparable performance.
