Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060: Custom designs from Gigabyte, EVGA, Inno3D, MSI and Zotac
Around the digital CES 2021 several manufacturers already have their custom designs for the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 based on the GA106 graphics processor with 3,584, which was also just presented at the fair CUDA cores and 12 GB GDDR6 presented. Gigabyte, EVGA, Inno3D, MSI and Zotac are the beginning.
The new entry into the GeForce RTX 3000 series
The GeForce RTX 3060 replaces the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti (test) as the new entry into the Ampere family and, according to Nvidia, will be available from the end of February at prices from 319 euros and thus 80 euros cheaper than the next larger graphics card of the 'Gaming Ampere' type. Nvidia states an FP32 performance of 13 TeraFLOPS and a consumption of 170Watt and five manufacturers are starting the CES 2021.
Asus
With the ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3060 and the ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3060 OC, the TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 3060 and the TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 3060 OC and the Dual GeForce RTX 3060 and Dual GeForce RTX 3060 OC, Asus is also presenting a total of six custom designs based on the smallest amp solution to date.

Asus has already announced that the ROG Strix and TUF Gaming series will be available in stores from the end of February and the Dual series from the beginning of March.
Gigabyte
With the GeForce RTX 3060 Eagle and Eagle OC, the GeForce RTX 3060 Gaming OC and the GeForce RTX 3060 Vision OC, Gigabyte Four custom designs of the GeForce RTX 3060 have already been presented in three series and thus covers both the classic and extravagant versions of cooling solutions with two or three respectivelyFans off.
While the graphics cards from the Eagle (OC) series prefer a discreet 2-slot design with two 100 mm fans, the Gaming X series comes with three 80 mm fans with the same height large fans in the familiar Windforce 3X design. The Vision OC interprets the Windforce principle again in subtle white and, like all current Gigabyte models, is reinforced with graphs . A backplate, which is made of metal in the case of the Gaming OC and Vision OC, rounds off the cooling solution for all four custom designs.

Even though Gigabyte was one of the first manufacturers already has the product pages of his custom designs for the GeForce RTX 3060 online, specifications such as clock rates and TDP ratings are not yet listed on the website .
Gainward
Gainward has launched its GeForce RTX 3060 for the Mini-ITX format in a dual-slot design with a 100 mm axial fan. The entire graphics card is kept in plain black and only has illuminated GeForce RTX lettering.
The graphics card, which is exactly 17 cm long, clocks at 1,777 MHzSpecifications from Nvidia and is supplied via an 8-pin PCIe connector. Connectivity is via three DisplayPort 1.4a and one HDMI 2.1 for either up to 8K with 60 Hz or 4K with 120 Hz.

EVGA
EVGA also has two models with the GeForce RTX 3060 XC and XC Black with a short custom PCB and a 2- Slot-high cooler with two 90 mm axial fans presented. Although the product page has been activated in the meantime, the manufacturer has largely owed the technical data of its two graphics cards.
Like all graphics cardsof the XC series, the two new releases with GA106 graphics processor also have a massive metal backplate, an all-black design and a length of only 20.2 cm.
Inno3D
Inno3D has already presented three custom designs in the iChill and Twin X2 series and has also mentioned the first clock rates. While the GeForce RTX 3060 Twin X2 and Twin X2 OC on a twoSet slots high cooling design with two axial fans with 90 mm diameter, the GeForce RTX 3060 iChill X3 Red uses a sweeping 2.7-slot design with three 92 mm fans of the same design.

During the Twin X2 comes with standard clock rates,The Twin X2 OC and iChill X3 Red have a rather insignificant overclocking of only one to three and a half percent in practice.
MSI
With a total of eight graphics cards from four series, MSI has itLargest portfolio of custom designs based on the GeForce RTX 3060 presented to date. In the series Gaming, Gaming Trio, Ventus 2X and Ventus 3X, the manufacturer puts on a regular and an OC model. Apart from the dimensions and connections, technical data are still in short supply.

While the Ventus 2X and Ventus 2X OC use a 2-slot cooler with two 100 mm axial fans the Ventus 3X and Ventus 3X OC three 90 mm fans with the same height. The Gaming Trio and Gaming X Trio have an expansive 3-slot design with three 100 mm fans. The Gaming and Gaming X, in turn, use a 2.5 slot high cooling solution with two 90 mm fans. In addition, with the Aero ITX, the manufacturer has a custom design that is only 17 cm long for systems in mini-ITX format.
Palit
The Palit GeForce RTX 3060 StormX measures 170 × 125 × 39 mm (L × W × H) and is also based on a dual-slot design, which the theGainward Pegasus is almost one to one, with a single axial fan with a diameter of 100 mm.
The graphics card clocks with a standard 1.777 MHz boost and therefore has the TDP of 170 watts specified by Nvidia. The connections correspond to those of the two competing products from MSI and Gainward and the third Mini in the group is also supplied with power via a single 8-pin PCIe connector.

Zotac
Zotac has so far presented three graphics cards in custom design from two series. In addition to the GeForce RTX 3060 Twin Edge and the OC model GeForce RTX 3060 Twin Edge OC, the manufacturer also has the GeForce RTX 3060 AMP! White Edition presented and already mentioned the first clock rates.

Both model series rely on a 2-slot cooling design with two 90 mm axial fans and comparably compact dimensions. Like the large OC models from MSI, Zotac is relying on the AMP! White Edition on two 8-pin PCIe connectors for the power supply of the graphics card.
Asus presents six custom designs
In the meantime, Asus also has a total of Six custom designs of the GeForce RTX 3060 are presented, which the editors put in the overview of all so farpresented partner cards.
GeForce RTX 3060 in mini-ITX format
In addition, the maximum 170 mm long custom designs from Gainward, MSI and Palit have been included in the overview , about which ComputerBase had already reported in a separate message .
