New version of OpenBSD

OpenBSD, an operating system based on Unix, has been released in a new version 3. Above all, the software scope and the documentation were added. The latest version of the operating system is also freely available.

OpenBSD is an operating system from the 4.4BSD line and is based on Unix. The slogan 'Four years without a security hole in the default installation' says a lot about the system: It is one of the most secure operating systems available on the market. The new version 3 contains some new programs like XFree86 or gcc. In addition, the documentation is now much more extensive. Security has been increased again by improving the firewall. Like its predecessors, OpenBSD 3.0 is freely available. More information can be found on the OpenBSD homepage .
