New drivers from Hercules

Now that nVidia has released new official drivers, most graphics manufacturers are also following suit with new, slightly adapted drivers for their cards.

On the Hercules ftp server there are three new drivers based on the Detonator 12.40 for Windows 2000, Windows 9x/Me and Windows NT4.
