New drivers and patches from VIA

In the past week there have been numerous new additions to drivers and patches on the VIA ftp server. In addition to a new VIA audio driver (AC97) for the KT266 (A) and a new VIA IDE filter driver, there is also a Promise Raid Performance Patch.
