New BIOS from EPoX fixes VIA 686B bug

EPoX was the first manufacturer to release new BIOS files that circumvent the 'VIA 686B bug' on the corresponding mainboards. If the primary and secondary IDE controller are used together, data may be lost in DMA mode. Data loss is only excluded in PIO mode.

In addition, the integrity of the data on the IDE bus is not checked, so that no error message is generated. The new BIOS files are not yet available on the EPoX servers, but our colleagues from HardTecs4U received official approval to publish the files.
