Microsoft announced on Monday in Redmond (Washington state) that Linda Stone, former head of research for the field of 'Virtual Worlds', had been appointed Vice President for corporate and industrial initiatives.

It is now your job to improve the company's image in Silicon Valley with customers, partners and competing companies. According to Microsoft CEO (Chief Executive Officer = General Director) and President Steve Ballmer, an improvement in corporate culture is necessary to get rid of the image of a 'bull-necked' and 'insensitive'.
