Microsoft wants to better protect its network

After Microsoft repeatedly fell victim to so-called DoS attacks within a few days, the company admitted that it had not adequately protected its own network. Due to a massive flood of inquiries, the web servers were not accessible to normal users, confirmed a company spokesman.

Microsoft wanted to take full responsibility for this. They have already started to change the architecture of the network in order to ward off such attacks in the future. It has not yet been established whether the same perpetrator was responsible for the two attacks. The FBI was turned on and investigated.
