Microsoft sites hacked again

Again, three Microsoft sites fell victim to hacker attacks. These were the domains in Great Britain, Mexico and Saudi Arabia.

The association 'Prime Suspectz', which has already committed itself to the attacks, owned the Microsoft pages with slogans such as 'Prime Suspectz Microsoft again 'decorated. After a few seconds the visitor was automatically redirected to the correct Microsoft homepage. According to the software giant, however, no customer data was viewed during the attack.

All of these successful hacker attacks make it increasingly difficult for Microsoft to credibly market the security of its own products. The three domains mentioned above were hosted under Windows 2000 with the Internet Information Server 5.0 (IIS5).
