Microsoft network hacked
Hackers have penetrated Microsoft's computer network and, according to unconfirmed reports, stole the source code of the latest Windows version and the Office software. Allegedly, the hackers had 3 months access to the network. Microsoft is now checking whether they might have even changed code.
The break-in was confirmed by a Microsoft spokesman; Microsoft turned on the FBI. The evaluation of the log files showed that the source code was sent to an email recipient in St.Petersburg. The hackers apparently gained access to the company's internal network by means of a simple email attachment.
