Microsoft has to sell software at the same price

With a ruling by the Federal Court of Justice, Microsoft now has to offer some of its computer programs at lower prices. The judges forbade Microsoft to sell software at different prices.

You can buy the software at the normal price in specialist shops. However, it is significantly cheaper if you buy it together with a new computer. In the future, these programs should also be available without buying a computer, but customer care would then have to be done by specialist retailers
