Microsoft gets a reprieve
Microsoft gets a week's postponement in the cartel lawsuit against the software manufacturer. Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly gave Microsoft a cooling off period and postponed the hearing. The judge met Microsoft halfway, as Microsoft had asked two weeks ago two days ago.
The new date for the hearing has now been postponed to March 18. Microsoft had asked for a respite to examine the amended sanctions of the nine states that do not agree with the compromise between Microsoft and the US government.
