Microsoft accidentally sends out a virus
Oops, a minor mishap happened to Microsoft. As reported by The Register, Microsoft accidentally sent the Nimda virus to Korean developers. It was found in a help file in the developer environment of the Korean .Net distribution.
The virus is hidden in the Korean version of the Application Center Test (ACT), announced Microsoft. Microsoft also said that it had carried out some test scenarios and rated the risk of activation as low, if not impossible.
