Kingmax delivers DDR400 CL2
When the first JEDEC-compliant DDR333 memory finally came onto the market a few days ago after months of experimentation, Kingmax already seems to be one step further. Apparently, the first manufacturer has started to deliver a DDR400 module running on CAS Latency 2.0.
The RAM bar equipped with the KDL684T4AA-50 chips should also work stably with the CL 2.5 at 233Mhz, in this one Case correspond to DDR466 (PC3700). How the storage unit will ultimately perform should only be shown in practice. With the SiS645DX, there is at least one chipset in the starting blocks that will use these bandwidths.
