Intel Pentium 4 Mobile is coming in early March

According to the latest rumors, Intel will present the Pentium 4-M (obile) on March 4th, initially with 1.6 and 1.7 GHz clock frequencies. The Pentium 4 notebooks that have appeared on the market up to now have built-in the normal Pentium 4 desktop CPUs.

As a result, they consume a lot of electricity and generate more heat, which has to be blown loudly out of the notebook. Similar to the Pentium III-M, the Pentium 4-M should also have Speed-Step technology. The new processor is manufactured using 0.13 µ technology, has a 512 KB L2 cache and an FSB of 400 MHz (Quad-Pumped). At the same time, Intel is said to also present the i845MP chipset, the mobile version of the i845D with DDR RAM support, but without integrated graphics. The exact dates have not yet been made public, but just like the new Nvidia GPUs, there is already an unofficial logo here.
