You won't be equipped for this game with a GeForce2 MX400, even if the Aquanox programmers are still tweaking the performance screw.

Differences between the Graphics cards can hardly be made out here and can be in the range of measurement inaccuracies. However, the GeForce2 MX falls significantly behind from 1280x1024. This game clearly requires DirectX 8 hardware.
