The IT7 manual makes a very good impression, even if it is completely in English. Particularly noteworthy is the 3rd chapter 'Bios Setup'. It is not limited to an obligatory listing of the various setting options, but also gives a more detailed description and tips for the best choice for almost all options. It also covers the installation of the raid controller and all the drivers that are important for the IT7, as well as the meaning of the numeric codes shown on the POST Code Display.
