First GeForce2-MX-200/400 announced
So far there was no precise information about the new GeForce2-MX-200/400 variants, only the memory was already known. The so far little known graphics card manufacturer InnoVision has now announced cards in the 200 and 400 version.
Die Inno3D Tornado GeForce2 MX-400/64MB has 64 MByte 128-bit SDRAM, which is clocked at 183 MHz. A 32 MB version is to follow later. The core clock of the chip is 200 MHz. The Inno3D Tornado GeForce2 MX-200/32MB has, as the name suggests, 32 MByte SDRAM, which is only clocked at 166 MHz and only has a bandwidth of 64-bit. The core clock is 175 MHz. The first cards are said to be on the market in America. It is not yet clear when they will be available in Germany and at what price. The MX-200 version should be used primarily in complete systems and replace the cheap TNT2 M64 models there.
