DSL flat rate from QSC for 59 euros
After Cologne-based QSC AG got off to a successful start with its DSL range in Bremen and Bremerhaven, the Q-DSL flat rate is now being offered in 40 major German cities. For 59 euros per month, the user can surf the Internet without limits, students pay only 51 euros.
There is also one Setup fee of 59 euros or 51 euros for students. The minimum contract period is unfortunately quite long at one year (notice period 3 months). In terms of downstream speed, QSC's 1 Mbit/s is slightly above the usual 768 Kbit/s. In the upstream, however, the usual 128 Kbit/s is retained. QSC promises to deliver the bandwidth at all times and regardless of the number of users who are online. Nothing changes with the telephone connection and it is not necessary to change the telephone provider. Of course, with QSC, as with all other DSL providers, except for Telekom/T-Online, Fastpath is also activated, so that online gamers should get their money's worth.
