Corel Draw 10 presented
The graphics software manufacturer Corel, which now has its own Linux version, presented version 10 of the CorelDraw Graphics Suite graphics package to the public at the Seybold Conference in San Francisco.
The new version is described by Vice-President Ian LeGrow himself as 'by far the greatest update of all time' and really shines with numerous innovations. There is now an animation program called Corel R.A.V.E., with which it is possible to create keyframe animations or rollover effects, or to store images with sound. An ImageOptimizer, which makes the graphics ready for the Internet, can also be found in the new version. The product should be available from November 8th. be available in Germany. The price will probably be similar to that in the USA, where the full product changes hands for $ 570 and the update for $ 250.
