  • The AF test also reveals no really plausible explanation for the GeForce's good performance in the low settings in the quality test. Apparently, the combination of FSAA (memory bandwidth) and AF (fill rate) in the Radeon is a little more complicated in this case, as if the texture caches and multisampling unit of the Radeon were arguing a little about the available fill rate and so against each other do not let it develop fully.
