Berliners surf more
A survey by the Emnid Institute has shown that Berliners are most frequently online in Germany. Of the 2000 respondents, 36.6 percent said they regularly surf the Internet (national average 29%).
The survey also showed that men continue to use the Internet more than women, as 36 percent of those surveyed are men stated that they surf the Internet, with only 23 percent of women doing so. In the US, more women than men surf the web. Of the 14 to 19 year olds in this country, every second person is already online regularly.
