Another error detected in the Internet Information Server
The hacker Georg Guinski, who is best known for his detection of some errors in Internet Explorer, has now discovered another security hole in the Internet Information Server. It is possible to make a website unavailable for normal users by causing the server to restart some services again and again through a denial-of-service attack.
The resulting overload now leads to the page is no longer accessible. A first security hole that was discovered a few days ago enabled the hacker to obtain administrator rights on the other computer. There is not yet a patch from Microsoft that fixes these errors.
