16 year old hacker gets 6 months of juvenile detention
A 16-year-old hacker from Miami was sentenced to 6 months in juvenile detention in the US. He had broken into the computer system of the US Department of Defense and the NASA space agency and has confessed to it.
Jonathan James, alias 'cOmrade', had read 3,300 emails, with sensitive content, to a Pentagon department and Information stolen from 13 NASA computers, including data on the International Space Station ISS. This is the first time in the USA that a minor has been sent to prison for hacker attacks.
